For over 5 years, our team has studied every far infrared (FIR) therapy glove on the market and decided we must produce a better therapy glove, at a better price, for our customers. Why? Because we quickly grew tired of our suppliers' lack of concern for our customers. No matter what manufacturing improvements we suggested, the only response we ever got, was incremental price increases. Basically, telling us to shove the sale down the throat of our customers and not worry about the truth of the matter.

Well, I’m here to tell you we are all about the “truth of the matter”. We suffered for years under the oppression of manufacturers who thought we were working for them. News Flash! Sorry, but, "we work for our customers", and as far as we're concerned, nothing is too good for them. 

You know, I’m a customer too, so it’s not hard for me to relate to people who find themselves feeling ripped off, when all you really wanted was a good product at a good price. That’s exactly the way we feel. We spent literally thousands and thousands of dollars a month purchasing products from certain manufactures who took our money greedily and thought we worked for them. SORRY, WE WORK FOR OUR CUSTOMERS! 

Get A Grip! 

Let me ask you something. “Don’t you work for those who pay you"? I know we do. And it’s our customers who trust us with their hard-earned money, in return for the highest quality product and value we can give them.

You know, we became so sick of the greed and obstinance of our suppliers, that we decided to eliminate them altogether. That’s right, you heard me right. I can’t stand companies that middleman the situation and want to stick it to the consumer. I’ve been telling them for years that it's going to come around and bite them in the you know what! Well, guess what, it just did. We now manufacture our own products.

Thankfully, with the rise of the Internet, their time has come. I mean, how ridiculous, thinking you can stick it to your customer in this day and age. It makes me furious. It makes my blood boil. I get so tired of all the expenses being heaped on the backs of the consumer. Without customers, none of us would survive or feed our children. 

One of the important things my father taught me when I was very young, was “never bite the hand that feeds you”; if it’s not working out, then just move on. You always have other options. I was very young, but I never forgot this lesson.

It hits so close to home for me, it’s hard not to get emotional about it; the thousands and thousands of dollars we've paid manufacturers who think we owe them something. Excuse me! Owe you what? That’s like us telling our customers that after they buy our product and pay fair market value prices that they're now are indebted to us. Give your head a shake!

If you think I sound a little peeved off about this issue, you’re right. I’m sorry to be ranting on, but our customers are just as important to me, as my kids. Do you think I would help my kids out and then say “by the way, you owe me now”. Absolutely not! That's ridiculous!
