Conditions:
Unwanted
merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date of
purchase in on your invoice.
Original shipping and handling and return postage
charges cannot be refunded.
Manufacturer defective
merchandise will be exchanged at no additional cost to you if returned within
90 days
from the date of shipment.
EFFECTIVE February 1, 2007
A 15% administration, handling fee will be charged on all
refunds.
There are no fees if you are exchanging for a different size or
model of glove.
ANY
items listed as "ALL SALES FINAL", "CLEARANCE", ONLINE
SPECIAL", "SPECIAL OFFER" or
"BARGAIN" items will not be accepted if
returned, and no credit will be issued. We do not offer refunds on the
original shipping fee. Actual shipping charges paid by Far
Infrared Health Inc. will be deducted from the purchase price, unless the return is due to our
error on our part.
Display the Return Authorization Number # prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your
refund.
Repack product with all of its original packaging and return by regular
parcel post (Do NOT return via UPS or other courier services) to:
